
MY APPROACH
I offer both virtual and in-person sessions to parents in the postnatal period, with a focus on mental health and wellbeing. These can be individual sessions or a postnatal package. Each client will complete a consultation, which explores what brings you to Postnatal Minds and what your goals of the support are. Look out for local events for you and your child too.

My approach is rooted in empathy, evidence-based practices, and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of clients. My sessions are designed to empower individuals to achieve their personal health goals, reconnect with their identities, overcome obstacles, and thrive in their daily lives.
I am a firm believer in the power of self-care, resilience, and positive thinking. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and motivated to make meaningful changes. Whether you're looking for a safe space to talk, achieve some new goals, or find a better work-life balance, I am here to guide you every step of the way.

WHY CHOOSE POSTNATAL MINDS?
The Health and Wellbeing Coaching model encourages you to move from ‘What’s the matter with me?’ to ‘What matters to me?’. Becoming a parent is a huge change to experience and navigating your wellbeing within this Postnatal period can be very difficult. Many people do not get around to prioritising their own wellbeing at this time and feelings of overwhelm and anxiety can lead to a lack of enjoyment of Maternity/Paternity leave. Birth can be a big life event to try to move forwards from whilst raising a new baby and performing self-care.
My sessions are tailored to your personal needs with an aim to improve your overall wellbeing and quality of life. You can start this at any point within your Postnatal period whether soon or years after. We will draw upon your knowledge, skills, and confidence to support you to achieve your goals and manage your health and wellbeing positively.
My style aims to support you to talk about your experiences, what your goals are and how we can support you to achieve these. I will create a safe space for our conversations to flow and your goals to be manageable and achievable, trouble shooting any bumps along the way together. Alongside your personal goals, you may find that Postnatal Minds will support you to improve both your mental and physical health and to get the most out of life.
