Who are your sessions for?

At postnatal minds, we believe that your Postnatal period never ends. You are welcome, no matter what point you are in within your journey of parenthood to get in touch! Both Mums and Dads are welcome at Postnatal Minds.

What should I expect within sessions?

Each session is tailored to your need. Sessions can be held virtually via Microsoft Teams or in-person.  You can join via a mobile device or laptop. Please see details of each option here.

Question 3

Do I have to have a consultation before booking a session?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every client requires an initial consultation. This gives us time to discuss your story and your current goals.

Corporate clients can book a free 15-minute RTW call.

Question 4

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on your initial consultation, we will discuss this here. Some clients choose just one or two sessions. Most clients usually require 1-6 sessions.

If I complete some sessions and want to re book, do I need to re book a consultation?

Accepted Answer

No, you can book straight onto an individual session. These can be great for ‘boost’ sessions to have a top up discussion.

What can I expect between sessions?

You can reach us via email for any queries or questions outside of sessions.

Am I able to have my baby whilst I do the session?

Accepted Answer

This is your time and you are more than welcome to bring your baby along. You may find however that you benefit more when attending the session alone. Our only ask is that we keep the session focused on you!

What is your cancellation policy?

We require full payment of sessions at time of booking. If you need to reschedule you can within our 48 hour period.
