MOTHERHOOD & MINDS
Motherhood & Minds is a welcoming weekly space designed to support both pregnant women and postnatal women as they navigate the emotional, mental, and physical transitions of motherhood. Led by Rosie, founder of Postnatal Minds, these sessions offer gentle connection, guided reflections, and a supportive community where you can share, breathe, and simply be.
Whether you’re preparing for birth or adjusting to life with your new baby, this group provides a calm environment to explore your wellbeing, build confidence, and meet others on a similar journey.
